Every year, the Northeast Minnesota Beekeepers (NEMNBA) sponsor a young person interested in learning to become a beekeeper, but who may lack the resources and support needed to go for it.

If you, or someone you know, is between 12 and 17 years of age and are interested in learning more about this program, you have come to the right place.

As a part of this program, NEMNBA will provide the successful applicant with the necessary woodenware, safety equipment, mentoring, and their first package of bees to start them off in this rewarding activity.
