The Bees will be arriving early to mid-April so we will be distributing the morning they get delivered to us.

We generally try to have these hours of distribution 8:00AM-11:00AM (TBD could be closer to 9-12)
I also wanted to send a reminder on the bee cages, please don’t destroy them getting the syrup can out and please don’t cut the netting to let out your bees. Be gentle on them as we don’t get credit for the ones damaged beyond repair.

Pre-Pick-up instructions
- Please make space in the trunk/box of the vehicle before arriving to allow room for bees that will be placed by the loading attendant.
- Please consider having a cardboard box or bin in your trunk or wherever to place the packages into. This would help facilitate placement of your bee packages by the loader.
- If you can’t get there for any reason, we ask that you arrange for someone else to pick your order up for you. We want to be done and out of there by 11:00 so we apologize for being inflexible with all this (keep in mind WE are all volunteers)
